DELIVERY OF FRESH & DRIED FOOD

  • If you order on working days before 10 AM and if the product is in stock, your package will be delivered 1 or 2 day after that including Saturday.

 

  • If your order after 10 am Friday, your package will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday (if all products are in stock).

 

  • Via PostNL, you can easily follow your package via the Track&Trace feature sent via email after we complete your order.

 

  • Within the Netherlands: If your order exceeds 50 euros, you will not be charged any delivery fees. If your order is less than 50 euros (and less than 23kg), you will be charged only 6 euros for delivery.

 

  • Orders that are placed on holidays, will be processed the following workday.

 

  • Order to Germany + Belgium: If your order exceeds 50 euros, your delivery fee is 4.50 EURO.If your order is less than 50 euros (and less than 23kg), you will be charged 9.5 euros for delivery.

 

DELIVERY OF FROZEN FOOD 

  • Order including Frozen Food is now delivered to addresses in the whole Netherlands and Belgium.

 

  • Within the Netherlands: Order including Frozen Food, EUR 7.95 will be added to shipping cost and your order have to be EUR 50.00 minimum.

 

  • To Belgium: Order including Frozen Food, EUR 11.95 will be added to shipping cost and your order have to be EUR 50.00 minimum.

 

  • Order including Frozen Food is delivered only twice a week:

 

  • Order placed before Wednesday 10 AM : you will receive your package on Thursday or Friday. Please note to HiKi if you want to receive your package on Saturday.

 

  • Order placed before Friday 10 AM : you should receive your package on Saturday. Your order placed after Friday 10 AM : your should receive your package next week on Thursday or Friday. 

 

  • Orders with Frozen food will be delivered in condition as customers bring home from supermarket. Please make sure you are home around the expected time sent by HiKi for Track & Trace to have Frozen Food in good condition.

 

  • In case the food arrives after 48 hrs , please contact HiKi customer service if any problem.

 

  • If you order other products besides Frozen Food, these will be delivered at the same time as Frozen Food items.
