The cake is kept frozen at HiKi. You receive the cake under fresh condition. Using grill/airfryer before eating.
In case you would like to receive the frozen cakes, you can leave the note when placing order (in the condition that your order already includes the product under Frozen Menu with the Frozen Packing Fee of 7.95 euro)
