Vietnamese Banh Xeo

Ingredients for pancakes:

– Pancake cake mix (if you do not use rice flour mixed with turmeric powder and coconut milk)

– Beer (helps crust long)

– Bacon

– Young shrimp (can be replaced with small shrimp)

–  Green beans with skin

– Onions, scallions, dry onions, bean sprouts, carrots, fresh peppers, lemons, garlic, raw vegetables

– Salt, pepper, sugar

 

How to make pancakes

Step 1: Processing raw materials:
